Here are five equipment-free exercises to loose belly fat.


1.Bodyweight Squats: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, squat down by bending your knees and pushing your hips back as if you're sitting in a chair. Keep your chest up and back straight, then return to the starting position.


2.Lunges: Stand with feet together, step forward with one leg and lower your body until both knees are bent at 90-degree angles. Keep your front knee aligned with your ankle and your back knee just above the floor. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other leg.


3.Push-Ups: Start in a plank position with hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the ground, then push back up to the starting position, keeping your body in a straight line throughout the movement.


4.Mountain Climbers: Begin in a plank position, then quickly alternate bringing each knee towards your chest while keeping your hips low and core engaged. Move at a fast pace to elevate your heart rate.


5.Burpees: Start standing, then squat down and place your hands on the floor. Jump your feet back into a plank position, perform a push-up, then jump your feet back to your hands and explosively jump up into the air, reaching your arms overhead. Repeat continuously.
