1.Shoulder press: Sit or stand with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing forward. Lift the dumbbells to shoulder level, then exhale and extend your arms overhead, bringing the weights close together without touching. Inhale and slowly lower the dumbbells back to shoulder level.


2.Lateral raises: Stand with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing your sides. Keeping a slight bend in your elbows, exhale and lift the weights out to the sides until your arms are parallel to the floor. Hold for a moment, then inhale and lower the dumbbells back down.


3.Front raises: Stand with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing your thighs.
