It encompasses five key components:


1. Cardiovascular Endurance: The efficiency with which the heart and lungs supply oxygen to the body during sustained physical activity. 


2.Muscular Strength: The maximum amount of force a muscle or muscle group can exert in a single effort. 


3.Muscular Endurance: The ability of a muscle or muscle group to perform repeated contractions over time without becoming fatigued. 


4.Flexibility: The capacity to move joints and muscles through their full range of motion. 


5.Body Composition: The proportion of fat mass to lean mass (including muscle, bone, and organs) in the body. 


Achieving a balance among these components contributes to overall health and well-being.
