Here are three types of wrist exercise equipment :


1.Wrist Roller: A wrist roller is a simple device consisting of a long rod with a weight attached to one end and a rope or handle attached to the other. To use it, you hold the handle and roll the weight up and down the rod using just your wrist muscles. This exercise is great for building forearm and wrist strength.


2.Hand Grippers: Hand grippers are small devices that you hold in your hand and squeeze together to build hand and wrist strength. They come in a variety of resistance levels, so you can start with an easier grip and work your way up to a harder one.


3.Powerball Gyroscopic Wrist Exerciser: A Powerball is a small, handheld device that contains a spinning rotor inside. To use it, you start the rotor spinning by rotating your wrist, and then you use your wrist muscles to keep it spinning. This exercise is great for building wrist and forearm strength, as well as improving grip strength and coordination.
