1.Hamstring stretch: Sit on the ground with one leg straight in front of you and the other leg bent with the sole of the foot touching the inner thigh. Reach forward towards the straight leg and hold for 15-30 seconds. Repeat on the other side.

2.Quad stretch: Stand with your feet hip-width apart and bring one heel towards your glutes. Reach back with the same hand and hold onto your ankle or foot. Hold for 15-30 seconds and then repeat on the other side.

3.Shoulder stretch: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and bring one arm across your body. Use your other arm to pull the stretched arm towards your chest. Hold for 15-30 seconds and then repeat on the other side.

4.Chest stretch: Stand in a doorway with your arms at a 90-degree angle and your forearms resting on the doorframe. Step forward with one foot and feel the stretch in your chest. Hold for 15-30 seconds.

5.Calf stretch: Stand facing a wall with your feet hip-width apart. Place your hands on the wall at shoulder height and step one foot back. Keep your back leg straight and feel the stretch in your calf. Hold for 15-30 seconds and then repeat on the other side.
