Jawline exercises can help to strengthen and tone the muscles in the jaw, chin, and neck area. Here are five effective jawline exercises:


1.Chin lift: Sit with your back straight and your shoulders relaxed. Tilt your head back and look up at the ceiling while keeping your lips closed. Hold for a few seconds and then lower your chin back down to your chest. Repeat for 10-15 reps.


2.Jaw release: Sit with your back straight and your lips closed. Move your jaw as if you are chewing gum, but without the gum. Take deep breaths in and out as you do this. Repeat for 10-15 reps.


3.Neck tilt: Sit with your back straight and your shoulders relaxed. Tilt your head to the right and try to touch your ear to your shoulder. Hold for a few seconds and then return to center. Repeat on the left side. Do 10-15 reps on each side.


4.Fish face: Suck in your cheeks and lips to make a fish face. Hold for a few seconds and then relax. Repeat for 10-15 reps.


5.Tongue press: Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth and press it upwards towards the palate. Hold for a few seconds and then release. Repeat for 10-15 reps.
